Fordham University NRHCC



Fordham University's expansion of its campus center geared towards enhancing the overall student experience includes the construction of around 75,000 square-foot new steel frame building addition clad with precast concrete with stone veneer and curtain wall system.

Sky-Garden



The apartment tower is located in Prince Edward, Hong Kong. It consisted of 33 stories including car park levels, mechanical floor and a “sky garden” along with the residential upper structures above the transfer plate. The design called for an irregularly shaped transfer plate to adapt to modern architecture concept.

Grand Promenade*



Highrise development located in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong consisted of 5 towers ranging from 63 stories (699 ft) to 66 stories (719 ft) in height with 6 podium levels that include bus terminal at ground floor, car park levels, club house level and an elevator lobby floor along with the residential floors at upper structures above the transfer plates.

The Lanes Residences presents four boutique lakefront apartment buildings situated at the heart of the future lifestyle-retail village, The Lanes and part of The Lakes master planned community in Mermaid Waters, Queensland, Australia.

Loyola Science Center*



The science laboratory building utilized cast-in-place concrete slabs on composite metal deck floor construction supported by steel wide flange beam and girder framing. To minimize the floor to floor height, First Floor was constructed using cast-in-place reinforced concrete flat slabs.

Offutt School of Business*



Major renovation of a former dining hall, servery and kitchen building built circa 1969. The work involved the complete demolition of the second floor interior framing and replaced it with new two story steel frame structure while retaining the exterior brick facade.

HP Experience Center



Major renovation of the entire 3-story wood structure built circa 1920 and situated in a flood hazard area for adaptive use as the new Hewlett-Packard’s New York City base. The work involved extensive structural modifications including the removal of a portion of a timber column on the First Floor to accommodate the required open space for costumer experience area.

SAP Offices



Tenant fit-out work for the top five floors on a new concrete building at the Hudson Yards Development. The project requires the design of four (4) L-Shape and one (1) U-Shape floating staircases with 4-inch thick saw-tooth plate center stringers supported only at two ends.
