Provided full engineering services for the installation of new backup generator at the roof of the City Hall of the City of Long Beach. Scope of services include MEP, structural and waterproofing.

Provided electrical engineering and low voltage design for the installation of new high-powered telescope at the roof of the existing Berliner Hall at Hofstra University. Scope of services included vibration analyses of the existing roof floor framing and structural modification to support the telescope and prefabricated dome.

Provided full engineering services for the installation of HVAC system for the gymnasium at the Brentwood Recreation Center. Scope of services included structural modifications and reinforcements of the existing roof joists to support the additional equipment load, plumbing for the gas piping and electrical to power the roof top unit.
